Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt 
2/3 cup granulated sugar 
1 cup Country Crock® Unsalted Butter  
2/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar  
1 egg  
1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 cups)  
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Spray baking sheets with no-stick spray; set aside.
 - Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
 - Beat Country Crock® Spread with sugars in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
 - Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
 - Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Let stand 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
