Apricot-Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients
1 Cook’s Spiral Ham
½ cup Bowl & Basket Apricot Preserves
¼ cup brown sugar
â…“ cup Bowl & Basket Clover Honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and insert a thermometer into the center. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and place on the bottom rack of the oven. Roast for 1 ½ hours.
- While the ham is roasting, add the apricot preserves, brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of water to a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, until slightly reduced.
- After 1 ½ hours, remove the foil and brush the ham with the apricot glaze. Return the ham to the oven and continue roasting, brushing with more glaze every 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (about 1–1 ½ hours).
- When done, let the ham rest for 10 minutes, then carve and serve!
