Skillet Toasted Gnocchi 3 Ways

Ingredients
2 tsp Bowl & Basket olive oil
1 package Bowl & Basket fresh gnocchi
½ jar Bowl & Basket Specialty Alfredo sauce
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 cup cooked broccoli
2-3 tbsp Bowl & Basket pesto
1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup cooked peas
½ jar Bowl & Basket Marinara Sauce
½ package Bowl & Basket Homestyle Meatballs, cooked and heated through
¼ cup Bowl & Basket Parmesan cheese, for topping
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add gnocchi and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5minutes or until toasted and fully cooked.
- Choose which version you want to use (for example, add in the alfredo, cooked chicken and cooked broccoli for version 1) and stir into the gnocchi skillet until everything is well mixed and heated through. Remove from heat and serve.
- Note: this can be easily doubled to serve 4-6 and make use of a full jar of sauce.
