Greek-Style Baked Shrimp
Here is another recipe that I enjoy making for guests. The cinnamon and sugar go delightfully with the spice from the red pepper flakes and the saltiness of the feta.

Greek-Style Baked Shrimp

Ingredients
28 ounces canned whole tomatoes, chopped, juice reserved
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
0.5 tsp sugar
0.5 cups feta crumbles
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp Chili flakes
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put a large saucepan on medium heat.  Cook garlic and onion in oil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, juice, sugar, and spices.
  4. Keep on heat for about 20 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.  The mixture should thicken a bit.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in shrimp, and transfer to a 11x7 glass baking pan.
  7. Top with feta.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or so.
