Ingredients
1 cup hulled hemp seeds
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice cereal
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 cup SKIPPY ® Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips, divided
¼ cup craisins, if desired
Directions
  1. 1- Spray a 9-inch square pan with no-stick spray or line with foil. In large bowl, combine hemp seeds, oats, cereal, and almonds.
  2. 2- In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. 3- Pour peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients and stir until coated. Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips. Press into prepared pan. Sprinkle craisins on top, if desired. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon chocolate chips on top, pressing lightly. Chill.
