2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
2 large Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped

Place lettuce in a large shallow bowl. Arrange shrimp, bacon, eggs, avocados, tomatoes and blue cheese on top. Serve with desired salad dressing
