Ingredients
4 oz 2 packages sliced gourmet mushroom blend
16 oz ½ package zucchini coins
16 oz 1 package pizza dough, thawed if necessary
1 cup pizza sauce
9 slices fresh mozzarella cheese from pre-sliced log
Thinly sliced fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°; spray underside of rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add mushrooms, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper; cook and stir 8 minutes or until starting to brown. Transfer mushrooms to plate.
  2. Spray same skillet with cooking spray. Add zucchini; cook and stir over medium-high heat 7 minutes or until browned. Transfer to plate with mushrooms..
  3. On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into 12-inch circle; carefully transfer to prepared pan and bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned..
  4. Leaving ½-inch border, spread sauce over crust; top with cheese and mushroom mixture. Bake pizza 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Transfer pizza to cutting board; cut into 8 slices and garnish with basil, if desired.
