Hot Honey Mustard Foil Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
2 lbs Side of salmon, boneless
Sturdy aluminum foil
1/4 cup Bowl & Basket Hot Honey
1/3 cup Bowl & Basket Stone Ground Mustard
2 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Lemon Juice
Salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
fresh parsley, for serving
Directions
- Preheat grill to 375 degrees or medium heat.
- While grill is preheating, combine all ingredients except salmon to make the marinade.
- Create a packet for the salmon using the aluminum foil, being sure to use two sheets of foil or as many as needed to make a sturdy holder for the salmon while it cooks.
- Place salmon in foil packet, then pour marinade over salmon to cover it completely.
- Cover salmon with another piece of aluminum foil, crimping the edges together to form a sealed packet.
- Grill salmon for 10 minutes, then carefully remove top piece of foil and allow salmon to finish cooking uncovered for another 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Carefully remove from grill and serve topped with fresh parsley, if desired.
