Healthy Broccoli Salad with Miso Orange Dressing

2 heads broccoli, cut into small florets
2 cups red cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup Florida Orange Juice
2 tbs canola oil
2 tbs miso
2 tbs almond butter
1 shallot
Directions
1. Toss all the salad ingredients into a bowl.
2. Place all ingredients for Miso Orange Dressing into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
3. Pour dressing over salad, tossing to coat. Serve immediately or allow to chill in the refrigerator.
Helpful Tip: If you don’t have miso on hand, replace miso with juice from half of a lime and a dash of ginger.
