Ingredients
1 lb tuna steak
3 tbs Everything bagel seasoning
1 tbs oil
3 tbs Extra virgin olive oil
3 tbs Lemon juice
2 tbs Chives (fresh chopped)
1 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tbs Honey
1 tsp Kosher salt
1.2 Black pepper
1 Medium sized zucchini squash
1 Medium Sized yellow squash
1 Medium sized carrot
8-10 Strawberries
2 tbs Lemon juice
Directions

Seared Tuna 1. Slice the tuna into 2”x1” rectangles 2. Dip each side in the everything bagel seasoning 3. Get the oil smoking hot in a pan then fry each side for approx. 20-30 seconds. The sesame seeds in the bagel seasoning will turn lightly brown 4. Let the cooked tuna rest for 1 min before slicing.

 

Chive honey mustard dressing 1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.

 

Greens 1. Using a potato peeler, shred the carrot, green & yellow squash from tip to tail. You are making ribbons. When you start to see the core/seeds of the vegetable move on to the other side. Do not shred the core/seeds. 2. Soak the shredded vegetables in the lemon juice for 10mins. 3. After 10 min, separate the vegetables from the lemon juice.

 

Assemble: Layer, vegetables, then dressing, and then strawberries then seared tuna.
