Ingredients
12 Ounce Package Impossible Burger
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Oregano, Minced
1/4 Teaspoon Ancho Chile Powder
3 Brioche Buns
9 Slices Jalapeño
3 Butter Lettuce Leaves
6 Slices Tomato
3 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Plant-Based, If Desired)
2 Avocados
1/2 Bunch Cilantro, Finely Chopped
2 Limes, Juiced
3 Tablespoons Red Onion, Diced
Salt, to taste
Directions

1. Combine 12 Ounce Package Impossible Burger, 3 Minced Cloves of Garlic, 1/2 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika, 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin, Ground, 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Fresh Oregano, and 1/4 Teaspoon Ancho Chile Powder until well incorporated.

 

2. Form 4 oz patties (or your desired size).

 

3. MAKE THE GUACAMOLE - Mash the avocados. Fold in 1/2 Finely Chopped Bunch Cilantro, 2 Juiced Limes, and 3 Tablespoons Diced Red Onion until well incorporated. Add salt to taste.

 

4. Set your grill to 400F or medium-high heat and grill to desired temperature (approximately 2 minutes per side). Season with salt and pepper as needed. Top with cheddar cheese to melt.

 

5. To build the burger, place the lettuce and tomato on the bun, then the cooked burger with cheese, jalapeños, and top it all off with guacamole!
