Ingredients
1 tortilla wrap (spinach or sundried tomato)
2 tablespoons Sabra® roasted red pepper hummus
1⁄4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1⁄4 cup thinly sliced carrots
2 slices tomato
1 leaf curly red leaf lettuce
1⁄4 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 heaping tablespoons thinly sliced purple cabbage
Directions

1. Spread 2 tablespoon of Hummus in the middle of the wrap.

 

2. Use a mandolin to thinly slice cucumbers, carrots and cabbage into long strips.

 

3. OPTIONAL: Toss cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, and cabbage in salad dressing.

 

4. Fill the wrap with the veggies, roll up, toothpick both sides and slice in the middle on a slight diagonal.
