Preparation & Usage
Cut into 6 or 8 triangles, toast until brown and serve with hummus. Or warm, fold in half and fill with baby spinach, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil ... and a squeeze of lemon! For a quick & easy, but impressive appetizer, spread with pesto, top with grated cheese, and diced fresh tomato, then bake in a 400° over for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve! Warm in oven, on a grill, or in a microwave.
